Dosage & Administration:
1 capsule daily with a meal or as recommended by the physician. In diarrhea and after the antibiotic course the duration of the treatment should be 2-4 weeks and in IBS the duration should be 4-12 weeks. In children unable to swallow the capsule - the content of the capsule can be mixed in a glass with water, juice, or normal milk to drink.
Side Effects:
Generally safe for most people but some may feel stomach gas and bloating.
